Following 2015’s ‘Get Lost’ EP - a straight-to-the-point punkrock debut - the band began the process of writing, gigging, destroying and rewriting material in an effort to find something new and more challenging.

With inspirations drawn from the sci-fi of Greg Egan and Philip K Dick, themes of Artificial intelligence began to emerge both in lyrics and the introduction of sequenced beats and samples. The finished album 'We Are Here To Make Things Better' - recorded over 9 months between Sept 2016 & June 2017 - is an AI lovechild of noise rock and sequencers.

Noise rock, but big on melody. AI-inspired, sequenced drums anchor bonham-esque live drums. Essentially a rock band but with an AI personality holding a finger over the controls. Musically influenced by standards like Pixies and Future of the Left, as well as the production in records like Kendrick Lamar’s ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’.

Feisty Brighton 2 piece bring fuzzed up garage punk to kick you in the teeth. Imagine The Yeah Yeah Yeahs having a love child with DZ Deathrays.

A potent mix of riot girl punk, simpering blues and trashy gender-bend glamour, Sit Down are a band that refuse to be ignored.

New EP 'Mothership' is their most full on statement of rocking intent yet and oh so catchy too.

Matching witty tongue-in-cheek lyrics to jagged guitars, GRAVVES are noise merchants bar none. They occupy a space where punk fury, alt-rock hugeness and truly infectious songs coexist. Blasts of vicious feedback live alongside a swagger laden with naggingly catchy hooks.

Emerging from North Wales, the band released debut EP Rattle in 2017 through Liverpool based Loner Noise Records. Singles Tribes and My Pet Rihanna received widespread airplay by the likes of BBC Radio 6, BBC Radio Wales, Amazing Radio and Kerrang! Radio.

Their live performances quickly gained a reputation as perfect moshpit fuel, pulling crowds and turning heads at the likes of Y Not Festival, Focus Wales and Wrong Festival.

Following the momentum, “Oh, the Joy” is a 6-track EP set for release in April, recorded by Michael Whalley (Kong, Bipolar Sunshine).

The PUSSYLIQUOR line up of Ari Black (Vocals), Victoria Lewis Piper (Drums), Kirsten Grant (Guitar), Hannah Villanueva (Guitar) and Tallulah Turner-Fray (Bass) met up around two years ago via their degree courses with Access To Music Brighton and bonded over a passion for hardcore music and even harder core feminist beliefs.

With an average age of twenty years old - they have the no-nonsense in your face approach that recalls the spirit and energy of Cosey Fanni Tutti, L7 and The Slits.
Together they’re fighting a cause and celebrating what it means to be a woman.

First 7" single 'Wonder' arrived last December 8th, with lead cut 'Get Out' sounding like L7 and The Slits locked away in the same rehearsal room. Deliriously barbed post-punk and a direct quality, 'Get Out' is a visceral rush of blood to the head from this all girl punk band based in Brighton.

Pure uncensored female rage putting the amp in tampon and raising estrogen levels wherever they go
